Press Win + R, type %appdata%\.minecraft\versions and hit Enter.

Unzip into the versions folder. In the MC launcher, create a new installation and select NexClient.

Is NexClient free?

Yes. NexClient is completely free to use.

What Minecraft version does it support?

NexClient is built for Minecraft 1.8.8.

Do I need to install OptiFine separately?

No. OptiFine HD U I7 is fully integrated. Shaders, connected textures, and all settings work out of the box.

Is it safe on Hypixel?

NexClient only includes visual and QoL mods. Features like Free Look are automatically disabled on Hypixel. Use at your own discretion.

What happened to MinecraftMikey20 Client?

It has been officially discontinued and replaced by NexClient as of March 3, 2026. NexClient includes all previous mods plus many improvements.
